Dear Readers,

It is becoming less difficult to imagine why the Greek-Pharisee-Roman Hellenists found Jesus’ teachings threatening isn’t it? He was a staunch Traditionalist. Worse, he was anti-Hellenist. Indeed a “Feminine-ist” reflecting the absolute co-equality of God’s own Divine Feminine. And the balance she affords the Divine Masculine aspect. We see it, feel it and know it throughout all Creation, especially in Adam and Havah who were both made in God’s own image and likeness.

Even more than just anti-Greek Hellenist, Jesus openly criticized Jewish Hellenists – the Pharisees, who believe a man was god. We know he considered them more than just hypocritical and arrogant, but ego-driven (evil), selfish (sinful) and abusive. The Hellenists were, of course anti-feminine. Their views about man-worship rendered women unimportant, and perhaps worse, negated God’s purpose and plan. As we learn from Jesus’ many confrontations, the Pharisees manipulated interpretation and application of the Law through their Scribes – lawyers. This is the legacy of Hellenist King Antiochus IV Epiphanes after all, right? We understand from Miguel’s book “The Word 2.0” and elsewhere that Jesus was not a Hellenist.

More so even than that bastion of man-worship, the Presidency of the United States, appointment to the Supreme Court is for life. It has assured modern Pharisees grab and hold power whenever and wherever, by whatever means, under the authority of law. Like the ‘four horsemen of the apocalypse’ already loosed upon the world, men wield intimidation, aggression and violence with impunity. As we have experienced for two millennia, men have been especially brutish toward women. However, reflecting God’s Divine Balance, what Jesus said about his own gospel was:

“I say to you very truly where ever this gospel will be taught throughout the whole world it will also include what this woman has done…

“It will be told as a memorial of her.” (Page 283.)

Comprised of none (9) judges, it has in recent years become somewhat less than an all white male club – not unlike the Presidency itself. Do you know Thurgood Marshall was, in 1967, the first African-American man appointed to the Court? Or that Sandra Day O’Connor was, in 1981, the first woman appointed? It is written that her retirement brought about the masculine imbalance we are experiencing today. A 5-to-4 majority still controls outcomes. In the tradition of Pharisee Scribes, the Judges of the U.S. Supreme Court have upheld the so called ‘rule of law’ – insofar as it promotes and maintains the rule of men. Of the more recent Judges, one especially noteworthy for his various stands as the ‘swing vote’ on behalf of male-dominance was Antonin Scalia. But not all men, just the one’s sharing his Hellenist worldview. There is no mystery here. Alluding to Jeremiah, Jesus said,

“Beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

“You will know them by their fruit.” (Page 99.)

Scalia rightly pointed out that the Supreme Court is essentially a male elite that does not represent the United States. For example, unlike America which is a majority female, six of nine members are men. Also he said pointed out that all nine judges graduated from either Yale or Harvard. And likewise, the vast, vast majority of its members are Catholic. These were of course traits of Scalia himself. Appointed by then-President Reagan, he said, about his swing vote assuring George Bush Jr. would defeat Al Gore and be elected President, “Get over it!” He was also the first judge to argue the second amendment need not apply to non-military-related possession of the most deadly weapons. He also voted to grant essentially human rights (read that “men’s rights”) to corporations. As well as voting to allow political super-PACs to essentially buy elections. His true loyalty was surely to the men who wrote our Constitution and Bill of Rights for their own benefit to begin with.

Of course our sitting President, who is in the best position to appointment a balancing influence to the Supreme Court today, is also a man – who went to Harvard. Albeit vaguely Protestant. Is he afraid to make an appointment while Congress is in recess? Or does he merely serve the same interests as those same men? All the while hiding behind the same ‘rule of law’? Against other men who have already vowed to disregard any such rules? Who have benefited by the very decision Scalia made? Male-dominant organizations need fear nothing from the President’s empty threats do they?

The President has a unique opportunity to truly make history, influence world events, the environment, human rights, and so many important issues, and yet does not act. Instead of making history, his failure to act on this matter may be the legacy that relegates his administration to the status of footnote to history. Is this not God’s work after all? Restoring the balance to Creation? Reasserting the co-equality of the Divine Feminine? What Jesus spoke of? What Gandhi and the Dr. Rev. King fought for?

Namaste!

We are dedicated to the absolute co-equality and balance between men and women! Our premise is that God created us this way to be whole, complete, unified – as One, through one another, masculine and feminine. That is what Jesus taught men. We are discussing how the Word of God as taught by Jesus of Nazareth was willfully or inadvertently misrepresented or misunderstood such that men came to believe they were somehow more equal.

God is One! We are one! Consider the Sh’ma (Shema):

“Hear O Israel – The Lord our God is One Lord. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.’

This is the first and great commandment.

The second is like it, namely this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” (Pages 305 – 306.)

Whether or not you agree please be our “Friend” and “Share” us with your friends!

You are reading one in a series on the “Feminine-ist” teaching of Jesus of Nazareth.

As a Traditionalist Rabbi opposed to Hellenism, Jesus’ teachings are drawn entirely from the Law, the Hebrew-Jewish Scripture and the Traditionalist doctrine of his day. To which he chooses to specifically emphasize God’s Divine Balance – the absolute co-equality, balance, unity, harmony and Oneness of God’s masculine and feminine aspects.

This weblog, our pamphlets, study guides and other materials are inspired by Miguel’s book, The Word 2.0, a new biography of Jesus of Nazareth in his own words, based upon a single, unified timeline that reveals important new details about his life and ministry! For example that Jesus was not a Hellenist!

God is undifferentiated masculine and feminine energy in perfect balance, whole, complete, unified, and co-equal. God is neither male nor female, and yet both – inseparable! And as a reflection of God’s Divine Balance, God made each of us manifest as male and female, man and woman, in God’s perfect likeness! Truly a state of grace.

How Adam’s actions brought about the fall from this state of grace is something we will discuss elsewhere. Suffice it to say that long before Jesus was born, men and women were already out of balance. In the more immediate sense of events which took place in Israel before Jesus was born, I found the Seleucid Greek invasion critically important because of the belief system we call “Hellenism” the Greeks forced on the children of Israel at that time.

It may not be especially well known today but the Seleucid Greeks from Syria outlawed our One True God! They forbade the worship of God under the penalty of death. Their King Antiochus IV Epiphanes (Antíochos D’ ho Epiphanḗs, “God Manifest”), believing he was god, decreed the people would have no other god before him.

Hellenism did cause divisions among the people though. On one hand identifying with the Greek empire and culture could enrich certain elite Israelites, but on the other hand their man-worship violated God’s Law. This divided not only those who were “Hellenists”, their supporters and adherents, from those who were “Traditionalists“, but also, apparently, men from women. Why? Because it is also in the nature of Hellenism that women be subordinate to men.

Typical Hellenist art depicts the naked male-form as the object of worship - godly.

But our One True God was definitely not a Hellenist, right? Given that, Jesus was not a Hellenist – quite the opposite. We might characterize Jesus’ ministry as anti-Hellenist – teaching men in particular about the Divine Balance of God’s Feminine and Masculine aspects, specifically “Feminine-ism“. I briefly outline some basic principles of Jesus of Nazareth’s life and ministry, as they are revealed in “The Word 2.0”:

1. Jesus was a “Traditional” Hebrew-Jewish teacher and Rabbi – to say the very least!

2. Jesus was not a “Hellenist” in any sense of our understanding the word.

3. Jesus espoused and promoted that our One True God – the God of Israel, is a perfect co-equal balance of both masculine and feminine, as is reflected in all Creation.

4. Jesus said that we must love the Lord our God first and foremost, and then love one another as we love ourselves.

5. Jesus taught that love, beginning with God’s “Ruach HaKodesh” – the Breath of Life and Holy Spirit, as aspects of God’s Divine Feminine, is the only way that men can experience the Kingdom of God.

6. Jesus rejected the kind of egocentric, selfish, self-centered thinking and behavior of men that characterizes “Hellenism”.

We will discuss each of these points in much greater detail as we continue, and, look for my study guides they will soon also be available!
